It supplies bulk petrol and diesel directly to mines, farms, construction sites, fleet operators, government departments and fuel stations.

MISSION

To deliver reliable, quality-assured bulk fuel supply directly to where our clients work — mines, farms, construction sites and fleets — with the responsiveness and personal service that comes from being an independent, owner-led supplier.

VISION

To grow into a trusted regional name in wholesale fuel distribution, known for dependable delivery, fair dealing and compliance, while building long-term relationships with the sectors we serve.

Strengths

  1. ●      Licensed DMRE wholesale fuel distributor — a genuine regulatory credential to lead with

    ●      Direct-to-site delivery model suited to B2B clients who don't want to send vehicles to a forecourt

    ●      Serves multiple sectors (mines, farms, construction, fleets, government, fuel stations), reducing reliance on any one client type

            ●   Independent, owner-led business able to                   offer personal, responsive service

Weaknesses

  1. ●      No existing website or online presence to build on

    ●      Small scale relative to major refiner-backed distributors with national depot networks

    ●      No published information on storage capacity, fleet size or delivery radius to reassure larger prospective clients

     ●   No visible client testimonials or case studies yet

Opportunities

  1. ●      A professional website is a meaningful credibility step up from having none at all

    ●      Government and municipal fuel tenders often favour compliant, B-BBEE local suppliers

Threats

  1. ●      Competition from major oil companies' distributor networks and other regional independents

    ●      Regulated fuel pricing and margin pressure

    ●      Fluctuating rand/oil price exposure affecting wholesale costs
